Description
Sure, the name conveys the image of a British eggplant dish topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but this purple plicata is much more appealing! The well-formed blooms, which open just above the foliage, consist of purple standards, falls splashed purple and white, and vibrant orange beards. Parents are Slovak Prince and the broken coloured Tiger Honey. This one is from Breck’s own breeding program! Midseason flowering. Reblooms in late summer to early fall.
